And the Winner is.............

Congratulations to (drum roll) bencandance.etsy.com and her pieces Love is Ageless for winning our first Monthly Challenge!!!! The competition was fierce, and the lead changed many times over the 2 days of voting. Second place was only 3 votes behind the winner. Sandy will receive 10 blocks of clay, 3 tins, 3 sets of beads, a $10 gift certificate to Michael's and $10 gift certificate to ilysaart.etsy.com and of course the prestige of winning!

In all, we received 116 votes. The flickr prize photo received almost 300 hits. Many of the entrants commented that it was difficult to pick their favorite and that the contest was great because they found so many new favorites! The voter winner was picked this morning using an old standby, names in a bucket with the winner being chosen by a non-biased 4 year old!

And the winner was snowyangel .etsy.com! Thanks to all of the all of the contest entrants!

Remember to look out for Ilysa's post for the March Challenge.

Yay!!! So well deserved, an amazing piece I would have voted for if we could have voted :) Congrats to all winners! (And I like your independent raffle puller-cute!)

Congratulations! What a nice variety of works and a great way to display the versatility of polymer clay to the non-clayers out there.

Thanks again, Tamara, for all your efforts...wow, that was a lot of work for you! I love your method for selecting the voter winner...

Thanks everyone. I tried Price Waterhouse and Earnst & Young, but their fee was a little steep. My son came pretty cheap. It only cost me a lollipop! He didn't even charge me for the use of the bucket!

Thanks again to everyone who participated through donations and entries. It was a lot of fun. What do you say we do it again this month!
